If you’re seeing this and you’re struggling right now.. everything will be okay in the end and if it’s not, it’s not the end. Hold on. You are loved. You have a purpose and one day you will find it.💗

This is exactly why it is very important from an early age many are taught how to deal with their emotions and problems effectively. Strengthening your mental health like you strengthen your physical health...facts or super facts?

It is moments like this when James lets down his guard just a bit that you see just how special he is inside. Mental health is hard and the struggle is real. I highly commend him for still putting himself out there to help anyone that he can so that we all can get better. Thank you James!!

A real panic attack really does feel like death is imminent - it's terrifying thing

The most underrated artists around. the songs where he covers his own songs with no interference of technology just him and instrument are some of the most breath taking music ive heard and almost feel the words.

Anxiety is pure wank. Regardless of who it hits and to what degree.

So much honesty! I hate that he hates 90% of his work but I get that! He is an inspiration to so many, many people! People look at his story and think that if James could get through all of that, then we will not give up either. His music is so beautiful and relatable! I have so much admiration for this artist, James Arthur. Wishing him all the best!

I never knew how bad anxiety could be until I lost my mum 5 years ago. Three months later I thought I was having a heart attack and from that moment I was in fight or flight from the minute I woke up until I managed to get to sleep. Everything was a threat. My GP referred me to a specialist and I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder and was put on medication which helped me function. Slowly over the last 5 years I started exercising, practicing meditation and mindfulness and it has really helped. Im not on medication now but sometimes the anxiety will still jump in, I can handle it better now though.

The way james speaks about mental health is truly inspirational. To stand at one of his amazing gigs and talk about his struggles in front of thousands of people is so brave. Everyone should read his book' back to the boy' , thats inspirational too. It explains the pure emotion he brings out in his performances which makes him the incredible artist he is today. He deserves 10 Brit awards!!!

His audition was phenomenal! I watched it 100 times and was amazed at this young man’s authenticity! I knew he was bound for stardom and would move on to bigger things. I never knew the rough struggle he had dealt with before hand. You are a fantastic artist!

This is emotional. So good to hear we can talk about our problems. Not complain but talk. So right to advance. I admire this difficult way to control his own self. James is an example for a lot of us. Thanks to him. On his long road love was always around him. His mom never stopped to love this « naughty » children and this love survived all the dark times this is the basis. Always see and feel the love . James and all James family and Jess show and feel the love. ❤️( Not easy in English when you speak French... ) ❤️Love you JamesArthur ❤️

Such a hard interview to do 😟 I feel so much of what he is saying because of going through stuff as a child and there is no way I could sit there and talk about it like he did. Love him to pieces xx
