Road trip from Bangalore to Chikmagalur. During this road trip to Chikmagalur we took the Nice Ring Road from Electronic City to Tumkur exit. From Nelamangla town we took the Bangalore Mangalore highway.
For breakfast we stopped at Food Culture which comes after Kunigal. Its a pure veg restaurant with a big Adiyogi Statue in the middle.
After breakfast we stopped at 32 Feet Shri Shirdi Saibaba Cave Temple. A nice Sai Baba temple with a cave inside. It was a really a very nice experience.
Java Rain Resort, is one of best resort in Chikmagalur. It is nestled along the Mullayanagiri hills, the property has coffee plantation and covered with lush greenery on all sides. The resort has a spectacular views of the Baba Budan hills on one side and a breathtaking panoramic view of Chikmagalur town on the other.
They arrange complimentary evening hi-tea with lot of great activities for kids and adults. They take you for a trek arround the coffee plantations of the property.

We stayed for 2 nights. Prices are different for different room types, I would recommend to check their website or from any of the hotels booking portal.
