There are these wonderful things called... A seam ripper, extra fabric٫ and a sewing machine (plus thread٫ scissors٫ etc.).😂 That’s all you need to make something that doesn’t fit into something that does. That’s how we made my graduation outfit by taking two small skirts and making them into one.
As a person born in late 90s I don't get why do you find the last pieces cute or beautiful. I associate them with awful Y2k style that I remember and do not want to come back. xd
