The strongest Pull-ups in Human history - Andrey SMAEV

  • IT all started 2 years ago.. Yet he is still able to push even further. There is not much to add to this madness - its simply unbelievable inhuman performance. Absolute strongest pulling done in Human history. Even half of those weights done should be considered very high elite level in weighted calisthenics. One arm pulling itself at bodyweight over 100kg is always incredible but with even more added kettlebells to that its mindlowing.. Just watch (or stare) and share where you can, its worth it and he deserves it.. for talent such as this is one in 10 billions.
    If you want to support and help Andrey by any way than you can donate/sponsor him on his instagram @smaevofficial (thats the only social media he can be found at now, not very active tho).

    Get this guy on Larry Wheels' channel!!! Strongest pull ups/chin ups in history, don't care about gear, at least he's honest and it's probably not even high quality anyway. One of the most impressive physical specimens on earth.

    This is unreal. Even with gear this is incredible strength. I respect smaev because unlike zlatt he remains honest about his steroid use.
    And most people even with gear we have witnessed ourselves have never reached 100kg pull up. So this is absolutely inhumane.

      Rip Marvin Eder 2022, 420lbs dip 7 times in a row! 1000dips under 17 minutes. Impossible to use steroids for silver era bodybuilder before steroids were even made. 8x 90.7KG pull ups, 8 with each hand one arm pullups.

    Hello everybody. Andrey has a channel where he shows his workouts. But he only speaks Russian and I can't understand anything even with the self-translated subtitles. Does this happen to you too? if there was a russian guy willing to translate something it would be great. The only thing I've noticed is that he sometimes does training periods with large volume of bodyweight movement.

      I think that instead of that "always even more" mentality we all should stop for a moment and quietly honor and Credit this madness with calm and tranquility of accepting that by proving impossible he has freeied us all from that never ending ego chase of numbers which in the end is totally stupid sensless and pathetic. I personally got very meditative by what he made to our game, he completely Changed it since 2020 nothing is same and we all should use his power exactly this way o think, to transform the mentality.

    Ahoj adame, vím že nejsi doktor a jsi jen člověk jako já, ale rád by jsem se tě zeptal...
    cvičil jsem od 12 let s těžkýma váhama ve fitness centru.
    A po 3 letech takže v 15 mě začalo bolet rameno a postupně uplne vše.
    Kolena lokty šlachy zápěstí možná i tenysový loket...
    Ted mi je 18 a pořád to mám jakoze mě to píchalo ale i křupalo,rupalo a rameno jakoby vyskakovalo. Ikdyz neni vykloubene. Nevedel by jsi kestli se mi to casem spravy samo od sebe? Mam zase zacit treba cvicit? Uz necvicim 3 roky a furt jsou bolesti tady myslis ze kdyz zacnu z lehka cvicit ze se mi to zlepsi ? Ja ti dekuju za odpoved. Idkyz necekam solution protoze na MRT sono röntgen taky nic nezkistili ortoped také ne...

    • @Asabado
      @Asabado  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Není to cvičením samotným, ale nějakým problémem ve stravě a/nebo držení těla/technice cviků. V tom věku jak jsi cvičil je spousta kluků co cvičí a nemají žádné problémy, znám kluky co začali v 10 a v 18 už měli šílený progress 5x větší než někdo kdo začal v 18 a cvičil 2 roky do 20 třeba. Tzn tvůj konkrétní případ mohl být od a do z to ti na dálku neřeknu ani já ani nikdo jiný. Ale typuji to na nějaké nutriční deficity anebo vadné držení těla.

    • @Asabado
      @Asabado  ปีที่แล้ว +15

      Yes he does. But not quality and not pro. And not all the time. This result is rather combination of absolutely everything along with pull friendly genetics (very short forearms, huge antagonist pec muscles that benched 270+kg in his history etc..) along with very hard work on bars since his childhood and early peds use. He has Done 10 one arm pullups at heavyweight for each hand very Long time ago already. Its anomaly to watch rather than example to follow and reach, one really even cant without such genetics no matter the steroids (Just watch how many uses and Who out of them is even close?💡) . 🙏🙌

    • @AntiIlluminati_GR
      @AntiIlluminati_GR ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Asabado Sure, if he does it with his own risk and for fun it's absolutely acceptable. I just asked because beyond the genetics they play a significant role for sure, but I really appreciate and take into account your mention of his career and sure that's a world record that can't be accomplished without so powerful genetics. I hope to see you both training in next videos Adam. Thank you! 💪💪
