I actually think Freddie had a hand in Adam's collab w/Queen. ❤

This is so true. I’m Italian, and when I listen to a song in English, I tend to focus on the melody and - only after many times listening - I try to translate the text in my head and understand the meaning. but when Adam sings, you know immediately what the song is about! He sings with such purpose and intent that you can’t miss it. I had this feeling the first time many years ago when he sang somebody to love with Queen on one of those talent shows, and again with believe by Cher, and so many other times. Love it. Holding out for my hero is more my kind of thing, but looking forward to hear this live!

I tremendously love the key used in here! The mixture of low notes in the verse and high notes in the chorus is so brilliant! The melody changes at some lines really made the song his own. I DECLARE THAT THIS IS MY MOST FAVORITE FROM THE ALBUM!! Now on my 4th time streaming this on Spotify in a span of an hour. I AM GETTING CRAZY OVER THIS UNIQUE TAKE ON THE SONG! Again the key used, the different instruments on the background, and the melody changes particularly on “down” This definitely did not disappoint 👏🏻 If there’s a High Drama World Tour, kindly include Asia and the Philippines!!! I’ll be there waiting to hear this one performed live. 🥹

With the possible exception of Wicked Game I find that Adams covers come out as completely different from the originals and I really love them.
