One Russian youtuber (Ермаков) did it 2 years ago with XP, Vista, 7, 10. In Windows XP close, minimise and maximize buttons like in Windows 10 if text size is 500%

If you have nvidia graphic card and have 4 k screen then you will just set 4k resolution in nvidia control panel and then go to settings and set it back to 100 % and reinstalling windows exists
