In as much as it is one’s possession does not mean that it belongs to him alone. Monies have to circulate. I cannot say much about the laws binding money. One can be questioned or be suspected to have been a “Money Printer” especially when the currencies are numerous and very new ones. As humans we normally always take things for granted.
