- Veronica lost her husband in a road accident in 2014. To provide for her five small children, she started making ropes from the fibers of plants. Initially, she would make about 200 shillings a day, but over time local shops stopped buying from her. Veronica made friends with another young widowed mother, Lucy. As they contemplated how they would make ends meet and provide for their young families, they met Mr. Kigo. A man who changed their lives. He told them to leave their jobs and to work for him instead; harvesting pink pepper. Veronica was a natural! Since she started harvesting pink pepper, Veronica has been able to make 1500 shillings a day compared to the meager 200-300 she was earning previously.
Veronica and Lucy are just two examples of the hundreds and thousands of lives that are and will be impacted by the harvest of Pink Pepper. That’s why doTERRA does co-impact sourcing. It is all about the individual and how we can make their lives better.

We’re so grateful for these partnerships that allow us to harvest the purest essential oils from all over the world. We are excited to announce that Pink Pepper essential oil will be making its debut as a permanent part of doTERRA’s product line up!
The pink peppercorn, while similar in appearance to black peppercorn apart from the color, is closely related to cashews. The “molle,” or pink peppercorn tree, was considered a sacred tree to ancient Incans. Indigenous populations used all parts of the tree, including the pink peppercorn fruit, as herbal solutions to health needs. Pink Pepper essential oil is well known for its ability to help support a healthy metabolism and immune system when taken internally. Pink Pepper may also help the body maintain healthy cellular function and overall cellular health. Limonene and α-Phellandrene, two of the main chemical components of Pink Pepper essential oil, may be calming to the nervous system. Additionally, Limonene may help support healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels already in the normal range when taken internally.
▷Directions for use:
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in your diffuser of choice
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. Oz. of liquid
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Yes so beautiful ❤
I was a highlight of my first convention and an honor to meet this man.
I remember when I watched this video the first time at convention. It resonates with me so strongly. As I share these oils with others I know I help people on both sides of the bottle. Those who source, grow and harvest these incredible plants. And as I coach others to share these oils for their health I can help their well-being and financial well-being. So grateful to represent this amazing company.
I am so grateful and proud to be a part of this company.

Amen me too! So crazy that our healing hands donations go towards feminine hygiene products and helping these girls attend school- what kind of life that would be??! No pads for menses...talk about oppression!

It looks a different tree. Is this the real pink pepper? I guess the real pink pepper scientific name is "Schinus terebinthiofolius"
