Sethi sb, I think it’s a garbage case in my opinion because Terriyan can refuse to give consent for going through the DNA test. There is no other way out to prove this allegation. So it’s an open and shut case.
The only option for IK is to admit he has a daughter, repent and ask for forgiveness. Daughters are a blessing and it will work out fine for him. His sons have admitted having a half sister so has their mother. He should stop living a hypocritical life and stop putting courts in a quandary.

I am a regular listener and a Pakistani living abroad. Najam sb analysis of net metering is flawed and misleading. Good to get that rectified. First nowhere is the world is electricity bought at the same rate from households at a rate which the grid sells unless there are heavy govt subsidies. The reason in the per unit electricity charge includes the cost of generation and a cost of distribution. Household generating electricity use a distribution grid which requires heavy investments by power companies. They can argue that they need to get cost of generation but not of distribution. So the per unit they produce would be always be less than the per unit they get from grid.

Dont misguide public. No DNA test was conducted in USA. Instead the case was decided ex parte in USA. And while you are talking about zina and zina ordinance again and again. Let me educate you that even if zina was done, it was done in foreign jurisdiction of USA where rape is offence but consentual sex is no offence. I am sure you know that as well but doing propaganda for mala fide intentions. So pakistani law of zina ordinance doesnt apply.

And some court in USA has delivered an ex parte judgment in accordance with USA law. That judgment is been relied upon is Islamabad high court. So the issue is law of USA and laws of Pakistan.
