Man Tyshawn is way too humble. For those more on the outside of the skate scene this man released some absolutely historic skate footage over the last couple months. That kickflip and backside flip between the train platforms and the switch ollie over the picnic table are all tricks that had never been done. Also just the most wholesome dude in skating. Everyone should be rooting for Tyshawn.

3:40 I think this is the first time I've heard of a top level skater saying they learned about skating from a video game! That is so cool, and I feel like it's fairly new seeing as how those games are about 25 years old now. All the pros who started because of the game would be in their late teens or early 20's. I bet we'll start hearing this a lot more in the next decade. I skated before THPS but the game and the culture around skateboarding at that time is what really made me dive into it fully.

Some have a little easier time and some dont with certain tricks I'm sure but, these guys have been doing this their whole life and as a skater myself. Your goal is to learn ALL the tricks in the book.
