I have those same things and that’s how I can cook breakfast. I used a round aluminum tiny pie pan on the mini electric “skillet” (what I call it) also while travelling so I had no pan to wash. I will use the little cast iron frypan on it when camping. I also plugged the skillet into my Jackery. It all worked great except I have to buy a mini silicone spatula. The regular size just doesn’t cut it. It makes a mess.

Your cast iron pan is too dense and heavy for the my mini cooker. That's why it doesn't get hot enough to your liking. You may want to consider picking up one of those ceramic coated aluminum pans from "at home" that you measured uour mini cast iron against. The aluminum pan will heat up much faster.

😍 Great info to know 👍. I was considering the 3 1/2 " but the 5" is perfect, especially with the use of the lid. That's so 😎 BOSS !
I have 2 of the MyMini Noodle Cookers.
    ❤ them! Thanks 😊!

Omg using a lodge! That’s genius I’ll have to give that a try. The heating turns on and off to keep it at temperature (don’t want to get too hot if it’s constantly on). Microwaves do this too. It’s called pulsing or duty cycling. Nice vid! Pls post more since I just got one :)

    With a four inch

Even on a stove you need to let the pan get really hot before you start cooking!

$ store sells what they call table cloths it's thin plastic and would make 4 pieces you can use for cooking in your car. They also sell shower curtain and they're just as thin . You can cut strips and use them for cooking so your vehicle doesn't get splattered up.
