Just received mine last week. Got it at a discount group buy and it is amazing for the price! It doesn’t reach specified specs but it is still amazing. Totally recommend it.
I really like this light. Still one of the smallest and the most cost effective throwers in its range. However i replaced the custom xhp35 hi with the E2 3C 5000K one. Still have to buy the lexel blf driver...
I have the tn40. Glad to see it still rules. I wouldn't buy the astrolux. Tn40 is much brighter and has more spill. May not go as far but your eye cant see it. 4450 lumens for tn40.
hi FLASHAHOLICS, not sure to understand if this light can reach the 1500mt of beam range. i see the video of the MONSTER MF-04 (max distance over 3000mt in the video, impressive) but this MF-04 is too much for me. i am interest to the MF-02, but this light (NEUTRAL WHITE) have same performance of the "big sister" MF-04? thanks and best regard. P.S. there is better batteries cell (respect the SAMSUNG 30Q) to use for this light? or the 30Q are the best at the moment?
mmmm... thanks for confirm the batteries quality. in other words the MF-02 not arrive to the declared 1500mt... correct? the MF-02S have less throw respect the MF-02, but more flood... correct? you have test the max distance that this light can reach? 400mt is the limit? you have test/try the MF-02S for see the difference? what are a good alternative to the MF-02 having similar cost of purchase? i have the MF-01 and (if possible) i want to buy a throw led flashlight, just to have 2 different light. thanks again

best thrower for the money right now.
It's May 2019. What do you think the best thrower for the money is right now?
Probably the Astrolux FT03.
Great light, and video, even thought the specs are over rated its still an amazing light.
Would you agree that this out throws the tn42 and the k70 or is it just marketing since it very cheap for the quality. Thanks
Purpl_Wolfz it's no where near the TN42!!! And it's no where near 3000 lumens. I'd say closer to 1300m and 2000 lumens
FLASHAHOLICS thanks someone else told me it was over rated too
Purpl_Wolfz its comparable to the k70 (throw-wise), but a bit smaller
Genter Pondi thanks yeah 600000 CD down rated to 400000 would be roughly 1300m throw

Darren it's a song about someone loving a psycho
Sorry if you thought I was mocking. It’s really not that bad when you hear it a few times. 👍
Darren lol, it's not actually liked by their fans that much
I love the song. I downloaded it actually

30Q are the best button top batteries, the MF02 has the same power but doesn't throw as far, it has a wider beam though and brighter spill
