this is soooooo helpful to me, u don't even know! thank u thank u thank u! too often, even the "slow" stuff--"slow" backing track, or whatever--is still too fast, when I'm in the first hours of trying to learn something, like jazz/arpeggios/chord changes/fingerings, and such.
