I don't care what others say I actually liked this as a film. While I never really saw this as a Godzilla incarnation, as a monster or Kaiju in general its a really good film. It's why I can still enjoy watching it to this day, including this video.

This may not be everyone’s favorite and it isn’t mine, but I still loved the movie. It was the first Godzilla movie I watched and without access to any of the Millennium movies, this is what I had before Godzilla 2014. Edit: I remember sitting in my living room and watching the movie. I smiled through the entire thing and was actually sad when Godzilla died. If I remember correctly Godzilla it’s all I talked about for the next week or two.
Real talk. Zilla is prob the coolest looking godzilla imo. If he had his green atomic breath from the animated series in the movie. I feel like it wouldve been better. Either way, zilla looks cool as hell.
The special effects in this movie look incredible for a 90’s movie, it’s a shame that Zilla himself did hardly any actual destroying and spent the whole movie running away from the military :(

I just wish that he was more of an actual monster who was threatening and dangerous instead of a scared little animal, giving him a real atomic breath probably would’ve helped out alot though.
