It has been pointed out that, while millenials used to marvel at photos of their parents, who at the same age, looked older. This was put down to drinking, smoking etc but now gen z are reversing that trend with many looking much older than their millenial ancestors at the same age. The stress of growing up in the "new normal" is clearly taking its toll.
