Frontrunner also needs serious attention to the aging equipment, and as much double tracking as possible. Wasting years and millions on environmental studies for 25-30 extra feet of land next to an existing track only shows the stupidity and slowness of our governments. It's going to happen anyways, so why not do what china and other countries do? Just build it already.
