NO, not everyone knows not to touch a black woman's hair. There's always an opportunity to be educated by those who possess important cultural knowledge. The same with Megan's sisterly gesture being a part of Filipino culture.
It’s a kind gesture everywhere. The only issue is the timing and place. It came off as if she was pointing out Miss Botswana’s flaws in front of the judges. Also it’s usually advisable to ask for permission before touching someone’s hair🤗 But then again she has apologized so we are good 😊

Personally I think Megan was being a sweetheart, fixing another queens crown. Once or twice people have been offended on my behalf whereas I was not offended, I suffer from oblivion such that sometimes I just do not notice things that I said or meant to hurt me coz I sometimes takes things as they are on the surface so perhaps Lesego also took this in that way. But then again I doubt we will ever hear what our queen Lesego Chombo has to say about the issue, It just best she says nothing to not offend her fans or the Miss World Organization. Hai! Ku Tense. If you ask me Lesego had to grow really fast from this incident, talk about being between a rock and a hard place.
