Building avant-garde structures in urban areas is enormously expensive. Similar concepts can be erected in struggling Canadian rural communities
Student fees don’t pay for construction. Not enough. Donors and other income pay for improvements.
Maybe someday we'll evolve to cooling a building like this without a snake's nest of air conditioning cluttering up the roofs.
