Judge Mathis was definitely wrong. I do not believe that the plaintiff did not receive the phones by mail. However, there are certain specials at phone companies where they will give you a free phone. If you get service I bought my mom a phone for her birthday and added it to my plan And the iPhone was free and I paid for the service for a certain amount of time and then I was with Sprint and then Sprint came over to T-Mobile and then she ended up taking a phone to another company and I didn’t have to give the phone back because tmobile ain’t have anything to do with whatever special that sprint had. But they do have specials like that

Radio Shack did not give free iPhones with service sign up. Never have. And they were shut down before phone companies started that promotion.
