👍Great start for the beginning of that playlist topic. Thunderhawk (The Coaster), Zephyr train and the Whip are all that remains from this park that use to be like Knoebels in the 60's 70's . Dorney has been my home park, but I attend Knoebels to reminisce the good old Dorney days. Now just imagine Knoebels getting rid of all their classic rides with the exception of 3 or four and replacing them with new rides. 💔💔💔😥
Dorney went modern when they merged with Cedar Fair which allowed them to bring in the B&M coasters and such. I remember the days of Laser and others by the creek.
The one flatride that I most sorely miss, that I doubt I will ever experience again, is the old 'Iceberg' ride at DP. An in-the-dark 'Cuddle Up' ride with multiple circular platforms for the cars to spin around, it was a one-of-a-kind experience that I can't find any footage of on YT.

yep the classics, I actually miss Laser and can't believe it is still operating in South America

sadly most of those rides are long gone and unlike the Bayern Kurves that Knoebels is recreating, I think the Iceberg is not coming back.
