Just imagine If a particular doctor engineer professor IAS IPS officer scientist etc with 30% marks or so enter in society government policy driven system what will be the repercussions for india in long run. In entire world around 196 countries few of them also give privilege to few sections but never ever compromised in the name of competence. Yes if both person scored 90% then you want to give priority to certificate person fine but if Non certificate person scored 98% and you want to fill the vacancy with 30% Mark of person because he has certain certificate is this the foundation of constitution which Ambedkar ji made. Where's safe guard for non certicate section ??? is this crime to be highly educated efficient competent hardworking fight and win open competitive examinations because you belong to non certified community. even promotion is given to incompetent person just because that person having particular certificate. By following the same pattern even after 50,000 years this upliftment of certificate community never ever happened. Modi ji stopped talking about developed India by 2047 by following this obligation policy India will never ever become developed for another thousands and thousands years.
