I love the children wearing the floaties. Glad you are catching some fish. My friend got stuck in his big toe by a catfish and went into Anaphylaxis shock. I had to rush him to the E.R. for treatment. So many germs in the catfish fins. So glad you had some fun catching fish.
Ouch! I got pricked by a saltwater sailcat, and it was the way worse than the ones I've experienced from the freshwater catfish.

The Green Worms are Red Worms with Dye...been using them over 20 yrs for Bream..they love them !
I've been missing out. This was the first time I've ever heard of them. I'm thinking I'll stick with the pink worms.
@SaltyReflections pinks are hard to beat..especially for cats..catalpa worms are great for both too ! Keep a catchin....

I haven't fished Santee in years. They didn't make green worms back then. 😁
I always have good luck with big red wiggles. Cat fish and bream love them. I always take crickets. Bring a big rig, and use fit bait or a little break.

Down here in aiken sc about 45 mins out of barnwell we use those green worms idk if they are the same but the green worms we get are garlic onion infused and the bream love them hell any sunfish pan fish will hammer them we love watching yall,you guys are the best

Good bait for the panfish is Red Wigglers and Earthworms .. And, best bait for saltwater is the Blood Worm .. everything there loves them ..

The Savannah river starts about 7 miles above the Hartwell Lake Dam where the Seneca and Tuguloo rivers converge. Before the lake the area was Andersonville. This is my neck of the woods and fish Hartwell a lot, Stripers and big catfish are what I target. PM me if you ever want to come this way and fish. Bout 5 hours from your area

We call brim bluegill up here, caught a crappie 3 weeks ago 4' 2oz second biggest in my life biggest was 4' 7oz had it mounted put the other one back so someone else could catch it.

What bites them?
@@SaltyReflections I catch panfish of all species and bass,crappie , small channel cats. The trick to using them is to fishing them slowly. Casting with as little weight as you can let it sink slowly to the bottom and retrieve it slowly. I love the bait. Use it regularly here in South Ga. I’m not far from you. I fish the swamps of the altamaha river. I like the smelt color but they all work
Oliver I’ve caught lots of fish using the gulp minnows over the last few years. I got the idea from a TH-camr Kayak Catfish. Check his channel out. He’s primarily a catfish fisherman but does videos on other species as well. Wasn’t sure it would work here in South Ga. But it does and I’ve not bought crickets or worms since
The only green worms I have ever heard of is cabbage worms but the live on plants

We use red worms and crickets
