The thing aabout getting Suomi dupe is that you can literally remove the extra healer. That is a net dps increase coz you can go full offense with that slot. Thats how good Suomi's v1 is
This was my thought as well, Suomi v1 allows you to run 3x DMG + Suomi v1 teams. That is insanely powerful AND allows one more chosen Raifu on your team 1
And you can put another dps/sub dps in the healer spot (if a healer was needed). Plus you now unlock the ability to use the Emergency Repair set which is great.
its good if u can afford it, but since his f2p plan is way more ahead, he just want to secure that. nothing wrong with both tbh for f2p whether u care about now or later to secure your pulls on future unit.
Got the Suomi dupe, makes my early game even more comfy so I'm happy with it. Outside of that I got everyone I wanted on my account minus QJ. Only upcoming character I know I want(based off of looks) is Klukai.
pretty sure suo dupe makes her one of the strongest for the forseeable future along with qj so if people are wanting to future proof it's highly suggested to dupe her
I think the right course of action personally is to wait to see who will be announced before dropping some pulls. I was lucky to get Suomi and Ullrid in under 80 pulls for both. So I have enough if forced to go to max pity. Klukay and Macchiato are my top two picks that I definitely will be pulling on.
As a F2P no need for dupes, just get that 1 waifu copy and save for next. Remember its a gacha game, There will be always be a better Unit one after another. Klukai and Suomi maybe good for now in CN. But 100% i guarantee that there will be another dolls that will be better and grab your wallet. This is an Infinite money making loop in gacha. Always remember you are a F2P you dont have resources as whales.
Most logical comment I've seen here, I always say that when I decide to play a game as f2p, every gacha is the same the only difference would be how generous and forgiven their (Rates/currency/content).
I'll save for Klukay and Machiatto. For that I'll skip Ulrid, even if I like her design alot. I think the next banner will be Lenna + Jiangyu or Daiyan + Centaraussi. It's the only 2 that makes some sense for me. I think they started with Suomi because she's pretty OP and it will lower the difficult of most stages since team composition is pretty hard to do right now for most people. I have no dupes and I basically did all the content open for lv36... Suomi + Tololo (Both with their sig weapons) can pretty much auto any non-boss stage. lol
Clukay is the only doll worth skipping suomi V1, but I dont think they will release her so soon for global especially not after suomi's banner. Yuzhong ain't crazy enough to do that.
I lost Suomi's 50/50 but got her in the next 20 pulls after that so that was a clutch save. Now I'm 40 pulls in to trying to get a dupe. I have QJ and Tololo and Tololo's gun after all the pulls I've done so I'm kind of settled for attackers at least for now 😅 I'm a little conflicted because Suomi's V1 is very good, but I think you've got a point that maybe I should wait to see the next banner before I commit to the dupe. I'm looking forward to Belka and Andoris as well but mostly for the looks lol Good to hear they synergize well too!
I have been told Klukai came with story patch 9 and 10 and is a core part of that story so likely we get her around same timing to not spoil story and I doubt they delay story. its likely one of the first 5 units before Suomi and Ullrid coming next. My Guess is Macchiato as she is an ice DPS and people would be incentivized to pull as Suomi is ice and likely to get people to spend especially those with her weapon. Because we know future units, they will most likely pair units together that work well together to make it easier for people to spend.
Yes that's what I heard as well. We barely have what? 5 chapters? And right now was an event, so maybe next update it's going to focus on ch6. Who knows they may do main story ch -> event side story ch -> main story ch. I just I'm gonna be saving up hard to blow it on Klukay V6 lol
i would honestly be surprised if Dushevnaya and Lenna aren't the next considering they're in the story but i guess it's a choice of story related banners or putting out good characters to keep players in the game like Klukay, Macchiato, Belka, or Vector as one of the banners like they seemed to do with Suomi

i definitely do not regret picking up Suomi's v1 i've been able to run the challenge mode stages of the event/chapter 2's hard mode much more comfortably but i also grabbed her bis weapon just for a little more security and to make my Macchiato a bit better when she comes out

i went for suomi's v1. burned ALL currency and i was able to get her after missing pity the first time. ended up getting her with 30 left of 2nd pity. v1 is a freaking game changer. no matter what, my next character will be klukai. if it's the next banner, ill do what i can to get her, if i dont, i will wait for rerun. suomi/sharkry/QJ is enough for a long time lol. 2nd team...will decide later lol

I'm waiting to see who's next. WA2000 (Macchiato) is my #1 most wanted, followed by HK416 (Klukai). After those 2, I'd place a 2nd copy of Suomi as my #3 priority. So, if either WA2000 or Klukai is next, I'll save for them and get Suomi's dupe on her next rerun. If it's not them, then I'll go for the dupe on her current banner.
I got Suomis first Dupe, just because she is being even more of an allround-character with it, and you can actually slap her on any team you want, which makes it so much more easy, do build future-teams.
I wouldn't be surprised if they keep up with the double banners, maybe to catch up with CN ? Speculating, but I think we might get a fairly strong character paired with an average one again. We'll see, until then I'm fully saving as well !

Me personally I'd get the dupe and weapon. It's the 1st unit and a support one that would be an account changer for many months. Suomi with dupe is great in any team. DPS units can be replaced anytime unless it is Klukay and I doubt Klukay will be available soon so I guess we will have more time to save up more for her.
I have suomi at 1 dupe. It does free up the use of having a tank, in my case is sabrina. U can finish the rounds faster by adding one more dps units in.. or a def debuffer
F2P account and actually managed to get Suomi to V1 last night winning 50/50 the third time because I also got her weapon. After getting the healing set attachment, she heals so damn well.
The most obvious banners coming out next is Lena since shes so prominent in story currently many appearances and then dusheneya since she was shown in current event
Was able to get Sumo V1 + wep, Qi V1+ wep right now from all the free stuff. Running them with Totolo so definitely abusing Qi's support and swapping between Lotta/Groza/Nemesis for adds/tanking/boss respectively. Probably might swap Nemesis for Nagant for bossing in the nearby future.
Soumi dupe feels necessary for the hardest content, a global heal is crazy and hard to replicate in any other character. there are times when you need someone to tank and kite the boss into a specific position (hazard 6) and keeping healers near is a pain unless you have suomi at 1 dupe.
Didnt pull for suomi, will just borrow friends v1 suomi if needed. Saving my pulls for Nikita when she releases bc thats my favorite t-doll from gfl1 and the entire reason im part of this franchise in the first place. Also klukay will come on either half anniversary or 1st anniversary. Yes she is that special, and the devs cash cow. She was used the same way when she released in neural cloud. Also klukay is pronounced KL-OO-KAY, or you can just refer to her by her original name, hk416 or 416 for short
I have a feeling next banner will be Dushevnaya and Macchiato next patch. However, I wouldn’t be surprise if they try to rush to catch up to CN. Maybe a character banner selector?
I just invested in V1 Suomi and her gun. She's literally free progress on the account. However, I already cleared most of the available content to me so now im farming to save for Klukay
My prediction is that Klukay would get released on the half anniversary. They'll really won't be releasing her this early since players won't have anything to expect in future updates.
I think i can still save for next banner i got 2 soumi and 1 sabrina in 120 pulls and i still have 50 pulls there's still some content to earn some pulls
I've run out of premium currency but at least I got 1 copy of Suomi, QJ, Sabrina, Sharkry and Tololo. Tho I at least wanted to get Suomi to F1 but lost the 50/50 to Qj lol, nonetheless, got a good solid team for now so I'm saving whatever premium currency I can get for Kluklay.
Ullrid is my favorite. I got lucky and got her at 1 dupe :) , yes she attacks 3 times per turn. HOWEVER she is bugged, after using whirlwind turn she can no longer attack. you are forced to use auto mode in order to make her attack again. its so annoying and keeps me from using her against the hardest bosses... WHEN WILL THIS KNOWN BUG BE FIXED? THE DEVS SHOULD BE WELL AWARE OF IT BY NOW
Want to get Klukay because she looks cool af, was able to get Suomi V1 was going to save but decided to just get it because of my gambling addiction and also because there is no way Klukay gets dropped so soon (maybe) but I will have time plus Suomi V1 is busted af can just face tank all the dmg and heal it back with just one ult.
I was lucky enough to get suomi, but unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you want to look at it) I first lost the 50/50 to qj so now I have v1 qj and v1 suomi. I guess for now my plan would be to rebuild my depleted my funds for upcoming characters and maybe pull for macchiato or whichever character catches my eye first 🤣
I went after Suomi S2, it was like this, SUOMI, Tololo,SUOMI,SUOMI. I also tried a few summons for the weapon but it didn't go very well now I'm waiting to see who's after Suomi to see if i go after S3 and her weapon
Just wait for the next banner announcement. If it's not the character you want like Klukay, pull for Suomi dupe. You don't need her weapon to be effective.
Just waiting for next banner before I decide anything cause as it stands I have a guaranteed rate up character cause I rerolled and on my second multi on her banner I get her and then after I got QJ following the order I received them that means I have a guaranteed ready whether I get a dupe or someone else
I went for the dupe and got QJ losing the 50:50 so yeah I lost a lot of pulls but now I'm good. V1 was worth it, Suomi goes from being good to being completely bonkers like "devs, what were you thinking???" bonkers. Making your team invincible is way better than dps. If they go with accelerated schedule / dual instead of following CN pace I'm quitting the game. Don't care to spend thousands of dollars on this game to get what I want.
this is the big reason i rerolled for 2 days. her dupe 1 is massive upgrade. yes, i'm 2 days left behind. but in return, my account is future proof. have S1 Suomi+ 21k gems saved
Suomi v1 is worthy IMHO. 1 save a slot for a healer 2 save a turn to heal 3 mass heal and range is insane 4 give extra shield Dude it's like a whole new unit
Skipping her V1, especially now with all the free resources, is a huge mistake if you care about actual end game content. Without that healing, you're looking at needing to run another sustain in the high end difficult content. Take advantage while you can bc we're already off track from CN so who knows when we'll see her again
so far im in lv36 i cleared ALL possible content except Horde/boss fight and the one time clear only stage i forhot the name, pretty clearable, almost cleared the event contents too, challenge 2 is left, ngl o used support friend on the challenge
Can someone explain how often they release new story chapters? Like in gfl1 (💀) or in every patch? Also how events in gfl2 work? Are they like in gfl1 where some events were part of the main story and some were just some sidestories or they are like the ones in hoyogames?

Was able to get Sumo V1 + wep, Qi V1+ wep right now from all the free stuff. Running them with Totolo so definitely abusing Qi's support and swapping between Lotta/Groza/Nemesis for adds/tanking/boss respectively. Probably might swap Nemesis for Nagant for bossing in the nearby future.
Soumi dupe feels necessary for the hardest content, a global heal is crazy and hard to replicate in any other character. there are times when you need someone to tank and kite the boss into a specific position (hazard 6) and keeping healers near is a pain unless you have suomi at 1 dupe.
Didnt pull for suomi, will just borrow friends v1 suomi if needed. Saving my pulls for Nikita when she releases bc thats my favorite t-doll from gfl1 and the entire reason im part of this franchise in the first place.
Also klukay will come on either half anniversary or 1st anniversary. Yes she is that special, and the devs cash cow. She was used the same way when she released in neural cloud.
Also klukay is pronounced KL-OO-KAY, or you can just refer to her by her original name, hk416 or 416 for short

My plan is S1 Suomi, HK416, and Sleepo Beepo G11. Once I have that team built, ill go for another one. Most likely Wawa and Dushev.
I have a feeling next banner will be Dushevnaya and Macchiato next patch. However, I wouldn’t be surprise if they try to rush to catch up to CN. Maybe a character banner selector?

I just invested in V1 Suomi and her gun. She's literally free progress on the account. However, I already cleared most of the available content to me so now im farming to save for Klukay
Nah, i just save for klukai and pull suomi if she has rerun banner later, offense is the best defense for me
Rule one is support is more future proof than dps in any game. Soumi seems to be best one atm even in CN so that's says a lot
The dupe is a must of suomi. She is future proof my c1 suomi is night and day different
My prediction is that Klukay would get released on the half anniversary. They'll really won't be releasing her this early since players won't have anything to expect in future updates.
I think i can still save for next banner i got 2 soumi and 1 sabrina in 120 pulls and i still have 50 pulls there's still some content to earn some pulls
I've run out of premium currency but at least I got 1 copy of Suomi, QJ, Sabrina, Sharkry and Tololo. Tho I at least wanted to get Suomi to F1 but lost the 50/50 to Qj lol, nonetheless, got a good solid team for now so I'm saving whatever premium currency I can get for Kluklay.
Ullrid is my favorite. I got lucky and got her at 1 dupe :) , yes she attacks 3 times per turn. HOWEVER she is bugged, after using whirlwind turn she can no longer attack. you are forced to use auto mode in order to make her attack again. its so annoying and keeps me from using her against the hardest bosses... WHEN WILL THIS KNOWN BUG BE FIXED? THE DEVS SHOULD BE WELL AWARE OF IT BY NOW
it's her key that's bugged, unequip it for now to use her manually
Want to get Klukay because she looks cool af, was able to get Suomi V1 was going to save but decided to just get it because of my gambling addiction and also because there is no way Klukay gets dropped so soon (maybe) but I will have time plus Suomi V1 is busted af can just face tank all the dmg and heal it back with just one ult.
I was lucky enough to get suomi, but unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you want to look at it) I first lost the 50/50 to qj so now I have v1 qj and v1 suomi. I guess for now my plan would be to rebuild my depleted my funds for upcoming characters and maybe pull for macchiato or whichever character catches my eye first 🤣

I went after Suomi S2, it was like this, SUOMI, Tololo,SUOMI,SUOMI. I also tried a few summons for the weapon but it didn't go very well
now I'm waiting to see who's after Suomi to see if i go after S3 and her weapon
Just wait for the next banner announcement. If it's not the character you want like Klukay, pull for Suomi dupe. You don't need her weapon to be effective.

If you rerolled For Suomi in your first 10 pulls then i HIGHLY suggest you get 1 more copy. I did 40 extra pulls and luckily got an extra dupe for her

I went for the dupe and got QJ losing the 50:50 so yeah I lost a lot of pulls but now I'm good. V1 was worth it, Suomi goes from being good to being completely bonkers like "devs, what were you thinking???" bonkers. Making your team invincible is way better than dps. If they go with accelerated schedule / dual instead of following CN pace I'm quitting the game. Don't care to spend thousands of dollars on this game to get what I want.

Same here. Rerolled for dupe Suomi and an alt account with with Suomi/QJ. The double Suomi is much more reliable.

Klukai is like the Acheron/Firefly of GFL2 she trivializes all stages by herself 😂 definitely saving for F6

Suomi v1 is worthy IMHO.
1 save a slot for a healer
2 save a turn to heal
3 mass heal and range is insane
4 give extra shield

Skipping her V1, especially now with all the free resources, is a huge mistake if you care about actual end game content. Without that healing, you're looking at needing to run another sustain in the high end difficult content.

so far im in lv36 i cleared ALL possible content except Horde/boss fight and the one time clear only stage i forhot the name, pretty clearable, almost cleared the event contents too, challenge 2 is left, ngl o used support friend on the challenge

Can someone explain how often they release new story chapters? Like in gfl1 (💀) or in every patch?
Also how events in gfl2 work? Are they like in gfl1 where some events were part of the main story and some were just some sidestories or they are like the ones in hoyogames?
Suomi dupe is 100% worth it , the heal from it is broken . 30% of her own hp heal for every team memeber , covers whole map .

I got the suomi dupe without even searching it, i had lost the 50-50 with tololo and i was thinking on the next character when i got the 3 singles from the second part of the event i said, whatever, lets see if i can get a sharky dupe or something and got it on lthe last single
In PVP just put 1 character in defense and be kind to other commanders, in CN this is the usual even lmao (which is pretty surprising for me)
