@@iWannaBurnFat I have a heart rate monitor (chest strap) because its more accurate than watches. It tells me how much calories i've burned from walking and weightlifting. My calorie goals is 1500 calories and i usually eat back all my exercise calories. In 3 months i've noticed my strength has gone up and i feel slimmer(lost fat) but not as much as i had expected i feel i lost 2-3 kg of fat. I feel maybe that eating back those calories has "slow downed" the full potential of my fat loss. Im also not seeing a weekly drop of 1-2 kg my weight is the same. Do you think i should only eat 1500 calories and not eat back my exercise calorie. Please help me
Nobody talk about how to lift the dumbell from the floor or the bench and get into the position of bench press which is very important if weight is heavier through which only 6-8 reps can be taken so thanks for adding this important aspect minute details can make huge difference ❤

how come you didn't mention the pec dec machine the stretch is insane!
I would place the Machine Pec Deck together with the Cable Chest Flyes! Trains a similar movement pattern💪🏼
