Hi! In my headset, the power management IC cracked, the small chip you are pointing at 4:48, so I removed it completely. Everything else worked fine. Do you think I can bypass it and connect the battery directly to the big RTL chip or something like that? What do I need to do for this?
I can't believe, I did it! Soldered the battery + to the pin 27 of the RTL8763 and it works!!!!!!!!!! However I have to charge the battery with an external PT4056 charger now. Wouldn't believe I can solder so tiny wires.

BS. By the look of it it's a WI-C310 and not a WI-C300. And with my WI-C310 this definitely doesn't open that smoothly, I did manage to open it but you basically need to break the plastic to open it. But if you're skillful enough, you might be able to preserve the outside part of the plastic enclosure and only break some plastic joints inside, which would be good enough.
