PARIS ASMR The Reiki sounds resonate both in mind and soul. I know if I listen when I have a migraine, it helps disrupt it sooner than anything else I can do. 💟 The sounds really feed into your vocal tones to relax as well. You should go for level 2 training, if you haven't already. 💋
