I am a beef noodle lover. What u had should be more of a,Hakka version. The Seremban style is Hainanese n those in KL with white radish in the soup is a Cantonese version. True fashion ones do not come with chilly sauce but with white foo yee sauce. Happy trying.Each version is different.
I agreed. Kluang's tangkak beef noodle taste even better than tangkak's tangkak beef noodle. But kluang's tangkak beef noodle, their 牛百叶和stomach those got beef bad smelly. Actually not perfect too. But they put more herbal in soup, but again the same a lot of msg.
Hmm, from the video there is no "good" food in Tangkak. 2 days ago I tried the Muar華南 laksa, not good & tasted like curry powder mixed with water !. Now I must "only and only" try those food that you said "大推" with a serious face. For sake of real foodies, please don't be polite and says everything is good. If possible please compare it with the known good food like siew yok of KL/Ipoh or CKT of Penang or wan tan mee of KL/Ipoh or nasi lemak of KL then we 😸can to gauge it better. BTW, the Muar "you-char-kwai" next to the Maharani food center (opposite Chinese Wet Market) was good. Your recommendation is 👍
oh no, we really like the laksa. 😂 But that's just show that everybody has different taste bud. We try not to compare food in different places, because each place has their own identities. And we do admit that sometimes, when we travel to smaller towns, we are more forgiving and less critical, as long they are not too bad, we are fine with that. For us, it's more about the experiences, less about competition. 🫶
秋记read as (qiu gei) 3 vowels not as qiu jie & 噴泉 (pan3 cyun4U). read these as in mandarin. Out of respect, pls bowl in front of the deities before n after u take photo shots in form asking for permission n thank you. Please.

槟城的粿角除了蒜米，菜蒲碎和鸡蛋，还添加了芽菜和韭菜，其粿角有偏甜和偏咸两种味道，我通常都会加菜蒲😋

第一间牛肉面我没吃过。
第二间牛肉面很难吃，卖超贵，份量非常少，汤也不怎样，味精特多，吃了口渴一整天。不知道为什么还有人说好吃😬
那个住家的云吞面不给拍，可能是怕市议会抓~ 因为kluang不算很kampung~ 如果是海岛那些在家里卖就不会被抓。
鸡骨面很出名，应该不是怕被抓😄
肥仔牛腩面靠近toll的出口，每次去kluang都会特地弯过去吃。通常叫牛三宝粉面，不错吃。
至于东甲牛肉面，牛杂切到碎碎小小块，吃到不是很过瘾。它到处开分行，质量才开始变鬼的。10多年前我在kluang分行吃过，牛杂还没有切那么碎。
也光顾过它KL和kuchai lama的分行，同个pattern，彻底死心。
那间住家的还没开工，就一堆人在等了😢
