Ich war beim Dakota Video schon von dem Spot am Frankfurter Tor beeindruckt. Als Zivilist wie ich hat man ja selten Auge für solche Sachen - die Stufen hoch und durch die Säulen rein in den Hof, quasi 90 Grad Kurve zu dem Geländer, das ist filmisch selbst mit simplen Tricks ziemlich heiß 👌

Seems that was when people realized that was even possible; not many skaters have had that kind of impact on the way people look at obstacles. Ed Templeton did that boardslide up a shorter handrail back in like 1996 or 1997, so he also deserves credit, but 50-50ing up a rail that would be gnarly to grind down was some Earth-shattering shit for me when I saw it.
