thats a old dipper oiling system 235! some people thought they were 216s. but the 26 teams only came in the cars and half ton pickup trucks. from 1941 to 1953 Chevrolet used the Dipper oiling system 235 engine. they look like 216s. but the more improved 235 came in 1954 through 62 and they made them available and and they made them available in cars as well as half ton pickups and the big trucks like this went on to the 261 inline 6. personally I would just throw a 6.0 and a nv4500 5-speed in it and call it a day
