Wow!! I haven't seen that in years. I was the animator for the first half of this bumper. Back at Broadcast Arts before they became Curious Pictures. The good old days. JPD
In latin America, the USA channel was different. They use to broadcast Battletech, Exo Squad and Teknoman Blade every saturday morning. One of the best cartoon runs ever, as good as the G.J Joe and Transformers runs of the 80s in the United States
the pre-internet days when watching cartoons and going outside was the things to do, not like now when these kids today lock themselves in a room on a computer

@serpico89 I hear ya bro. I remember on Saturday and Sunday mornings they used to have an action cartoon block. i.e: Street Fighter, Mighty Max, Double Dragon, and Mortal Kombat. man i miss the 90's.
KappaLizzy I do. I remember the old conductor, who was part of it when I first watched this (and when USA Network had cartoons like Voltron, Dinosaucers, and other classic cartoons). In 1994, they retired the old timer and replaced him with Toby.

You don’t see custom animations for bumpers like this anymore

Now today, kids don't have any cartoons to watch. Just stupid stuff that is NOT INTERESTING
Their stuff is just fluff or of poor taste.

I liked the freaked out conductor.
Wikipedia says that Keith Olbermann (!!) did some of the Cartoon Express overdubbing in the 80's / early 90's.
This bumper has a Ralph Bakshi quality to it.
Can you upload more The Real Ghostbusters and Slimer! and The Real Ghosbusters USA Cartoon Express bumpers?
