Finally worked thank you so much!!! Those who are not getting the "uninstall update option" just go the settings then apps then search files then touch files then look at the top right corner you will find three dots click their and you will find the "Uninstal updates" option

Not for me it doesn't. It's so frustrating, seriously. I did this once but after I updated my phone it really gave me a 'no you don't' to uninstalling updates on the system's files app. They reinstalled all updates and privacy measures in the files app and made sure I can't Uninstall them.
