just to refresh your memory that he was tried and cleared of all charges due to inconsistencies and false descriptions, even the FBI confirmed his innocence, now if his disappearance is due to other things and not these lies that have already been proven, it is totally valid, no innocent person should be treated as a criminal until proven otherwise.
