My suggestion, put an access hatch for the hull within the superstructure. That way you have an extra access point into the hull that's also sealed from the elements. Other suggestions, maybe stern thrusters for better control, a 2nd refueling port near the rear (just in case considering how long the ship is), and maybe spread out your batteries more so a head on collision doesn't destroy them all.
There was supposed to be an elevator bottom nuclear power plant. Back then, I went down there for disposed of nuclear barrel waste for mission. For some reason, the dev removed it.
be aware that there is currently a bug with copy/paste and undo that can cause your logic nodes to be disconnected. it seems for the bug to occur you need to have a certain number of logic nodes be part of the copy/paste/undo. so its especially risky to copy „half your boat“ and move it a couple blocks. if you would undo that operation you would have a high risk of running into the bug. To be clear, its the undo that triggers this, not the copy/paste! I noticed you like to do big copy/paste operations, so i wanted to make sure you‘re aware of tnis. workaround for now, is to save before copy/paste and reload instead of undo. There is already a defect created on the Geometa bug tracker for this. 454ss also made a video about it like a week ago, if you want to see the bug in action.
I suggest adding more internal lights. Both within the superstructure & down within the hull. I also agree fully with @akarinnnnnn's suggestions down below. A ship of this size also needs bigger engines & a bigger propeller. Nice video.
Maybe this isn’t necessary at all but is it possible to build a helipad on your boat? How baller would it be if you could land you chopper on your boat?

btw, the underwater welders work just fine above water as well. No need to have both welder types.
