I think bamboo jumps are harder than fence or iron bar jumps because the bamboo shoots don't always grow directly in the center of the block. You're so used to how to position and time your jump to land dead-center, but bamboo isn't where you are used to.
Jardon has this ability to take a path where there’s very clearly one way to go and go somewhere entirely different. The double slime jump at 47:20 was so bad 😆

On that lava walker enchantment idea, I think it would work best as a rare boss mob drop. My thoughts so far: - New fire-themed boss that can only be spawned by a player in a very large perfectly circular lava lake (large enough that you can't see the edges from the center) with an altar in the very center that is required to spawn the boss. - Have the materials required to spawn the boss be renewable but difficult to get (and not just rare - wither skeleton hunting is already annoying enough). - Have the enchantment come in several tiers, with each tier letting the solid blocks last a bit longer, and maybe a slightly wider radius. Boss should only drop tier 1 enchantments to create a longer-term progression. - Only higher levels of the enchantment work in the Nether, and at reduced ability (shorter time, smaller radius). - Have it only be applicable to netherite boots, to force high level armor as a baseline (plus it makes sense that netherite would be more heat resistant) - Make it have a very high durability cost, so that you have to worry about breaking your netherite boots from it (even from full durability). That forces it to be used sparingly, rather than an OP forever enchantment. - Maybe the solid lava could be "crusted lava" or something like that? Something visually distinct from magma blocks. More detailed reasoning: - World gen only would be interesting, but very bad for large servers. Needing to explore more of the world leads to very high save file sizes, which becomes a very big problem with lots of people. - Maybe make the boss area be the only thing in the nether that reaches above the halfway bedrock, to allow for a sudden sense of overwhelming scale. - A hemisphere would look pretty cool for the boss area, as long as it can fit within the world height. Was the extended height limit applied to the nether too, or was that just the overworld? I think it was just the overworld, which would be annoying. I think this would be a mod that I would like to work on as a starting project, because it has a lot of different components, but no individual part is too crazy, unusual, or difficult to make. Any further ideas would be welcome, so if I do end up working on this mod I can make it better than just my first idea.
i don't like wireless headphones. i don't wanna have to charge them only to have to charge them again like 8 hours later and then while i'm using them there's a high pitched SKREEEEEEEEEE in my ears depending on the headphones aka most of them so no just no. I don't like them. Wireless mice, on the other hand, are very nice. For my Logitech M310, I just put in a AA battery and it lasts MONTHS so I rarely have to worry about battery life.

really wish he would have actually tried to go a fast as he could and not get distracted by chat every 5 seconds... or just thank subs every 30 minutes or so instead of looking at every notification edit: @10:30 and bingo distracted by chat within 5 seconds
Fair point but I think the purpose of these is supposed to be kinda more chill just talking with chat while doing some pretty basic parkour in the back he’s not going for any records
I highly recommend checking out TrixyBlox, and StephBlox and their new custom survival world it's called the Ultimate Survival World. It has an entire lore, and quest line. they put thousands of hours of work into it. It's been a whole years project with reamplified biomes and structures, with custom mobs.

He hasn't played it before. If you watch the other videos with parkour spirals, you'll see that they're different maps.
