Bishop TD Jakes, I have been saved 25 years. As a young Christian, in a Southern Baptist church my life was changed, but I learned the hard way what kind of damage dogmatic teaching is capable of. I worked my way back into the world and came back again into churches of all denominations and after years of disappointments went back out into the world yet again. I had a head knowledge and could quote scripture but didn’t know how to conform to the word. I was not in a place where I could rightly divide the word. A couple of months ago I left a toxic lesbian relationship of almost 7 years. As I began my journey back to God, I began digging into the teachings and sermons you have been serving. I’m a little late to the table, but I’m here, I’m eating, and digesting and growing in my prayer life, I’m in my Bible more and ended a job of eight years that I hated, and I did it because God told me to! I actually could hear His voice for the first time ! I’m now busy restructuring my life and work and letting God order my steps. Thank you for feeding God’s children. It matters!

This is the second time I was walking around the house listening to a sermon from TD Jakes and decided to flip through my bible and unknowingly it landed on Proverbs 21:5 I read that first…..then went back to 21:1 to read it all. Miraculously it read the same exact discussion we are currently listening to “Now” 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤WOW!!!! What does that mean?????

Galatians 5:17 explains WHY believers daily struggle in their walk with God. Satan only influences them to forsake and turn their back on God. THIS is why the Holy Spirit was sent by God to live within us - for there is no way in the world we can daily live the Christian life without His constant help.

Bishop I need to talk to you. This spoke to the thousand BATTLES concerning the flesh that I go through. The flesh has a mind of its own I can sometimes feel it creeping. So much you have to deal with when you are chosen by God. Thats when the Challenge hits you the most. Like I said I know that there are a thousands of people who want to directly talk to you, BUT like I said I wish I can talk too you. Thank you for God given you this word of life for me concerning this DAY.

I haven't listen to Bishop in a while and I regret it now. All these preachers to listen too but he is consistently on point. He teaches like no other. This message opened my eyes.

Its a word that was deposited into my spirit 1 year ago, via a dream and then again recently in another dream, and now you've confirmed exactly what I experienced not only in my dream but in my secret prayers. We, as children of God, have to have a willingness to be broken and reset so that God can do great work in our lives. It coincides with dying to your flesh, giving up earthly desires, giving up your wants, and walking into what God wants for you.
This was such a timely word. I questioned being kind and compassionate with the feeling of being inadequate to play the role I have been called for. I compared myself to others and thought I should be tougher but praise God He has spoken to me today 🙌🏾 what I almost emulated is not the fruit of the Spirit

I experienced some extream church hurt and I allowed how they did me to alter my heart posture towards people. I decided that I was not gonna be nice and forgiven to fast and be more protective of my heart and measure the amount of love I give out to people. This message helped me to see and understand that I should not let people and sercomstanses to change my heart and attitude towards life and people.

God has designed me to forgive others as He has forgiven me AND to throw offences into the sea of forgetfulness. I always thought this was a fault in me until recently but as I get closer to Him I see myself in my Dad. I've asked God for all spiritual gifts and I believe He has given them to me. When he said “how dare you commit suicide over your past. You are killing your future,” it’s like that was God speaking to me. Lately, Satan has been trying to bring up past memories out of nowhere, making me feel terrible. And I have thought about ending my own life because I feel like I have been stuck in my past. But how great it is for me to know that God has promised me a future.

My father from 04 in Redstone arsenal to Iraq 5yrs to homelessness to 500 dollars a night hotels in Manhattan to a alley in Manila a hotl room in Amsterdam a we fasted a week in Egypt n than we entered the pyramids to the VA hospital for a year n now to Atlanta quarantining was heading to Bali to live with monks.. My sir I will find my way to u 1 day. I was amazed to find when i was in hell God was there in fact it was where his prescense not his voice was loudest. U taught me that u are the theme music to my life i am in tune with God. Thank you

The fruits of the spirit very interesting topic most churches don't preach it or if they do they touch the subject on a superficial level not going deep into the meaning of it.
