Dough yield: 5 portions of 350 grams
For 1 pie I used two portions of dough (each weighing 350 grams)
The filling is enough for 1 pie.
I used a round pan measuring 35 cm in diameter.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 450 milliliters of warm milk
- 1 kilo of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 70 grams of sugar
- 25 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 ml of cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 20 grams of dry organic yeast
- 50 grams of butter
Ingredients for the filling:
- 300 grams of cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
Ingredients for sautéing the chicken:
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 seedless tomato
- Parsley to taste
To finish:
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Oregano
