I think there's behind the scene for this video, actually Jeonghan did plan something (of course jeonghan is always the mastermind😂). He told the pd that he wanted to create chaos and make a deal to let the citizen lost even he is not the mafia lol. He did ask DK for helps too so that's why DK was acting like a mafia there.
If you watch any future (post-2020) Mafia games, they will make that "If you get emotional you lose" hand gesture a LOT - usually when Seungkwan is getting worked up. It's become a staple, even in non-Mafia games, but this was the beginning of it.
also yes, Jeonghan made a backroom deal with Dingo staff (at his own suggestion) that if he helps the mafia win, he'd be exempt from the punishments. Then they made him do the punishment anyways, so he kind of got played except that it was all his idea.
