Bless you! I WASN'T FREAKING GETTING THESE DERIVATIONS SINCE AGESSS, had no clue someone could turn this into a cakewalk! This single video helped me just sm, I swear. Thank you just very much 😭 extremely grateful, I am.
Can you tell me how is *Velocity × time* not including the *whole rectangle* and excluding the triangle which is not shaded . I mean *Velocity* is the length and *t* is the breadth ? . Plz tell me I have exam tomorrow
I don't even know why I'm going to school at this point. I come home, understanding absolutely nothing from school and I just watch a youtube video to understand the topic. What my physics sir couldn't teach me was easily explained by this video!
You are an excellent teacher . You are only the one who can explain this derivation in such an easy way. Those whi all think the same please hit the like button !!!
Wow, thanks so much! I don't know what I would have done without this video. A school test was coming up, and I couldn't comprehend much of what my teacher was saying... This was really helpful :D
This is THE best explanation. In our school it was made so complicated but here i understood it and just in 13 minutes? I mean most videos are above 30 mins. Love you Khan Academy!!!
Goddd , ily , i've been trying to learn these since days but couldn't , not in school , not even in tuition but here i learned this within just a few mins, thank you smmm
OMG😱!!!! I understood all these equations... Your explanation was quite easy to understand... Even my physical science teacher didn't teach like you... After my teacher taught I didn't understand and I hated physics a lot... This is amazing !!! Thanks a lot..
the BEST explanation, lot of funny questions popping in my head but which r considered silly solved ! love it. triggers the intuition. also gr8 joke on txtbook explanations love it ! :D
OMG THIS IS AMAZING / I DONT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING WHEN MAM TEACHES AND NOW WHEN I SEE THIS VIDEO I GET BLASTED.ALL I HAD TO DO WAS WATCH THIS VIDEO AND EVERYTHING WAS CRYSTAL CLEARR
Hats off man! You are really working hard. You could have use same colour pen for the whole lecture but you made it cool by using different colour pens for different quantities. I know it needs a lots of patience and hardwork man. You hard work will pay soon.😊
so im in 11th grade. came here for an explanation for the v = u + at graph and ended up watching the whole video. please start some kind of science podcast because your voice is so soothing and buttery loll

Thank u so much for making it easy for us.Tomorrow i have a test iin 1st and 2nd equation and ur video really help me alot..once again thank u so mush sir🙏
They are used to find the value of either initial velocity, final velocity, displacement or the uniform acceleration of the body provided all the other values are present except the one that we are finding. This equation does not involve time . So if we don't know the time between v and u,we need not worry about it.
@@KhanAcademyIndiaEnglish Sir, can you please share how u manage to change the pointer icon (cross hair) ?? I have been trying to find a solution for a long time. Is it with the screen recorder or sketch book settings itself ??
@@johna9281 It's an app you can buy in the Mac store called 'tag my pointer.' For windows, you can download a freeware called 'cursor attention.' I remember using it for windows 8.1, not sure how stable it would be for current versions.
X axis of v-t graph indicates time (s) Y axis indicates velocity (m/s) When taking area u r multiplying which means (s) x (m/s) = m which is displacement

Sir, ur class is simply amazing!!! So is ur English 🔥
After literal decades, this finally clicked! Thank you!!!
Thankfully ❤️ Mitra best and the simplest derivation I've ever seen
Oh my goodness! I never knew it was so easy. I was just freaking out by seeing my textbook. You just made it easy like 1+1=2😌
Few can synthesize The knowledge. This video is the best👍💯👍💯👍💯👍💯👍💯👍💯

Thanks kavaya P
it is used to find displacement

Sir, at 2:56 does "v" represents final velocity or only velocity?
Final velocity
Thank you so much sir😄👌👌

Sir can u please provide previous video on why we have to calculate area in vt graph as to get displacment
X axis of v-t graph indicates time (s)
Y axis indicates velocity (m/s)
When taking area u r multiplying which means (s) x (m/s) = m which is displacement
