for some reason my xbox account is permanently linked to an EA account with an email address I haven't used since I was 8 years old, and neither xbox nor EA support will unlink it, so I just can't play game pass EA games
Call them up and I'm sure they will do it, if you ask to talk to a manager when they say they can't do it. MS/Xbox support that is. Doubt EA have any control
