    Hi
Great video. Thank you very much
I have 1 requet and couple of questions-
    1. Can you guys share a template letter ( for annual leave, study leave) which should be acceptable for ILR application?
    2. Will there be an article on ILR in the website brogroll?
    3. The doctors who are in specialty training who will be giving the letter for continued need for employment- NHS England or individual trust?
If its individual trust, I will be rotating to a new trust in that 28 day window. Therefore, my current trust at that time would not able to issue a letter saying that I will be working there the next month. At the same time my next trust would not be able to issue any letter as I have not started there yet. What can be done in that scenario?

Thanks doc for the video. However, your information for ILR starting clock date is contrary to what is mentioned in the UK GOV website.
They mentioned 3 timelines for ILR clock
The earliest we can apply is 28 days prior to the day of Ist application submission date on tier 2 visa when we applied first time. I may be wrong if you can explain.

No, that is not what it means, especially since it is looking at mixed routes there and references dates after, not before. Please see here, the clear guidance as referred to by those under health and care for ILR: www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to-remain-tier-2-t2-skilled-worker-visa

@@RoadToUK they mentioned in the website as below (copied from website)
      ‘Calculating the specified continuous period
Applicants can submit a settlement application up to 28 days before they would reach the end of the specified period.
You must calculate the relevant qualifying period by counting backward from whichever of the following is most beneficial to the applicant:
      • the date of application
      • the date of decision
      • any date up to 28 days after the date of application’
Does it not say you are eligible to apply for ILR application 28 days prior to the first application we made for tier 2 visa when we are in home country?
Can you please explain if I am interpreting it wrong?

Do you know if someone is working as a salaried GP on Tier 2 and they are also working as a Locum GP (once or twice a month, not a permanent post) do they need letter for surgeries they are locuming at.

    • @RoadToUK
      @RoadToUK  ปีที่แล้ว

You shouldn't need it from locum locations as you have not entered into that type of a contract with them.

If we take part in industrial action or strikes, does that make it difficult for us to obtain ILR?
