You are obviously going through something. But just in case, if you do feel periods of deep depression, followed by mania episodes aka: very happy productive days and back on again either the depression, you may want to talk to a psychologist about Bipolar disorder, its a real thing and it may feel like you are in an emotional rollercoaster. Of course, this may not be you at all and we all have ups and downs, but i lived with a bipolar person and it is so tough! So just bringing awareness to this. If this doesn’t resonate and is just a singular event thing, please ignore this comment. X Anne Hathaway did an episode in a series on Amazon Prime based on a NYC column on true love stories, she portrays bipolar disorder so well there.

Thank you so much for your concern, I really appreciate it :') I can assure you that's not the case, though I so wish I could explain what was going on in my life...hopefully eventually I can...and I know from an outsiders perspective yes the wave of emotions can look absolutely insane. I wish I could give an explanation but I really can't because it involves others personal business and things. Just want to assure you I'm all good and am very conscious about my mental health / checking in with myself and therapy so thank you. All is good on the mental front. Thank you again and I hope I can share my experiences soon so they make more sense, but for now this is how I'd like to keep things as private as possible (while still sharing my day to day with all of you!)
