Thanks for the video.I have two doubts:-
1)as per best practices, seeAllData= true , shud not be used in testSetup annotated method of Test class , then why Salesforce has given such functionality or simply whats logical use case of using seeAllData= true? is there any ?
2)How system.runas help with mixed DML exception?

seeall data is true when u want to use org data,for testing purpose,but why its not recommeneded is all salesforce orgs sandboxes hv same records it may vary so ,
2nd mixed dml system.runAs() in this u need to pass user i mean because of setup and nonsetup object mixed dml occurs
