After one year I found out, that accuracy just means if the bullets HIT the enemies! So you don’t need headshots or anything, as long as the bullets hit the enemies you’re good.
Also, if you shoot the gas can, and it explodes, debris falls in front of that green dumpster, and you can't use it to take cover because you'll set yourself on fire if you do.

This mission i would just dialogue about the current state of the gang and some other shit then when you get there as soon you open the garage Lamar gets shot (don’t worry he will live) Franklin grabs a gun and starts firing his way then he encounters Esteban Jimenez then the game will give the option to beat him to death or let him live after that you will help Lamar get to the hospital and the game will introduce you to the option to take territory like in gta sa it will generate money as you are just another member you will only get to 500 dollars per week but later in game you will get more money with this conquering territory will make sense i always that in gta sa i was just a minigame and thats it but now you will gain money with this the mission would end i will make a rewrite to the next mission

Just get headshots or one shot kills from a distance with a gum that has range such as a pistol
