Cole is right in that Auburn hasn't been losing anyone to the portal that they can't afford to lose. That says Hugh Freeze, and this staff are doing a great job with roster management. They are very successfully recruiting guys to stay.

Excuse after excuse for Thorne. I’ve never heard Auburn folks make so many excuses for a below average QB.
You see it and then those same people turn around and say that he gets bashed the most. In reality he has the longest leash out of everybody and gets the benefit of doubt for something he did three years ago. Everybody else has to be a superstar but he gets excuses on why he is below average.
