Beach just 'up the road' from Sardinia Bay Golf & Wildlife Estate

Both town and the beach are just "up the road" from the upmarket Sardinia Bay Golf & Wildlife Estate.
Or, more accurately, this is what RE/MAX Bay estate agent Alan Moore tells prospective buyers when they inevitably ask questions relating to the gated community's proximity to landmarks in the area.
But how far is "up the road" exactly? Moore decided to put his comments to the (road) test in two informative videos.
In the first, he takes a leisurely drive to the Port Elizabeth suburbs and this is how long it took him. His drive to the white sandy beaches of Sardinia Bay turns out to be even shorter.
