What you spelled out that none of the others did is that when you get to "Have Disk", it isn't an actual disk, but already on the computer. That would likely solve the problem. However I followed your first suggestion, to repair installation. When I did that it said it would take 29 minutes, but it was actually about 2, and my PDF printer was magically back. Thank you very much.

There is no menu button and nothing that says repair installation. I have adobe DC. This is so frustrating. I have been looking and thought I found what I needed here, but no. Thanks anyway

Yeah.. I think there's no MENU selection for Macs. I'm having a hard time too.

Yeah, that printer option seems to be a pretty difficult thing for everyone. I do believe you need to have Adobe Acrobat Pro
