Estuve en el concierto de Dimash en Almaty el 23 de septiembre de 2022. Hubo dos estrenos de canciones, cuya música fue escrita por el propio Dimash. Nosotros, el público, aún no habíamos recuperado el sentido de la canción "The Story of One Sky", ya que todas las luces se apagaron en el estadio, y un holograma gigante apareció en la oscuridad: la figura de Dimash en negro. Una hermosa canción hasta el punto de la locura comenzó «El Amor En Ti». Esta canción fue una sorpresa absoluta, porque nadie sabía de su existencia de antemano. Nunca he visto una actuación como esta.. Wow, a alguien se le ocurrieron cuatro imágenes fantásticas para las cuatro partes vocales: Dimash gigante en negro (dicen que la proyección era la altura de un edificio de 7 pisos) - fatal, filosófico, sabio con experiencia de vida. Dimash en blanco (un poco más pequeño, aproximadamente a la altura de un edificio de 5 pisos) - lleno de vida y deseos de juventud, enérgico y romántico. Dimash en rojo (igual en altura al blanco): el vínculo entre la juventud y la madurez, un corazón ardiente, un fueg o en la sangre. El cuarto Dimash era un hombrecito vivo en el contexto de figuras gigantes. Toda la inusualidad y el truco en esta canción fue que el canto clásico académico de clase alta con barítono, tenor y soprano se sin cesar.

It’s the same story with English. I have a hard time understanding what he sings in English (except for the “Stranger” song). I just turn on the subtitles and continue to enjoy his marvelous voice and interpretations.
I cannot possibly say whether I like the pop or the operatic side of Dimash better, because it is the combination of those 2, plus Kazakh and other ethnic singing that makes him Dimash. Everything he does is perfect, or at least as close to perfection as possible. Therefore, I love everything he does equally!

I'm glad someone is talking about his tenor range and notes, be professional and don't mention it, is crime. Sing such a high tenor notes with full voice is way hard than sing incredible high notes with head voice or mix voice. He uses bel canto technique as a classical singing and nowadays it's really hard to find this kind of quality voice, so rich and with full resonance.

Éste fue un verdadero regalo para los hispanoparlantes! A mí me gusta su estilo crossover, cómo va de una imposición a otra, de un estilo a otro, con maestría... Y así nos ya llevando a conectar una gran gama de emociones y nos mantiene expectantes durante cada interpretación. La melodía de El Amor en Tí la compuso Dimash teniendo en mente la idea del bien y el mal, la oscuridad y la luz en nuestras vidas. También hizo el arreglo. Además del hecho de que es un idioma extranjero para Dimash, la disposición de los labios tiene un gran impacto en la pronunciación. Ya sea la pronunciación o la interpretación de la melodía. I cannot possibly say whether I like the pop or the operatic side of Dimash better, because it is the combination of those 2, plus Kazakh and other ethnic singing that makes him Dimash. Everything he does is perfect, or at least as close to perfection as possible. Therefore, I love everything he does equally!

Hay que tener en cuenta que esta canción fué tocada en el concierto de Almaty seguida a la gran obra maestra “The Story of One Sky”, así que además de magnífica en sí la canción y puesta en escena (impecable como siempre en Dimash), el espectáculo entero estaba enteramente diseñado al detalle para dar descanso a Dimash tras la agotadora canción anterior.
Además de estar compuesta por él, con esta puesta en escena, cada vez que actúa, el gran genio de la música del siglo XXI nos regala una nueva perla y nos enseña algo nuevo.

I am 66 years old and traveled over 25 hours from Miami Florida to attend a concert in Almaty..and what can I say?? Such a special and unique concert to see Dimash for almost 4 hours in which he presented familiar songs to most of us and more new songs in a wonderful grandiose production..
The producers and Dimash of course spared no effort to bring us such a successful and high quality concert!
Against the background of Dimash singing live, pictures and video clips were shown on 3 huge screens with powerful speakers that resonated in the souls of about 35 thousand present!
I wish you to participate in a Dimash concert in the future - I have no doubt that you will not be disappointed and will return full of impressions and emotions that surpass what you experience while watching on TH-cam and other media channels!

I'm glad someone is talking about his tenor range and notes, be professional and don't mention it, is crime. Sing such a high tenor notes with full voice is way hard than sing incredible high notes with head voice or mix voice. He uses bel canto technique as a classical singing and nowadays it's really hard to find this kind of quality voice, so rich and with full resonance.

Cuando a principios del año 2022 Dimash ofreció una canción en español a petición de sus Dears de habla hispana, jamás pensé que la estrenaría ese mismo año (en septiembre, en el concierto "Stranger" en Almaty) y menos aún que veríamos a Dimash cantando a cuatro voces y con diferentes dinámicas simultáneamente!! Éste fue un verdadero regalo para los hispanoparlantes!
A mí me gusta su estilo crossover, cómo va de una imposición a otra, de un estilo a otro, con maestría... Y así nos ya llevando a conectar una gran gama de emociones y nos mantiene expectantes durante cada interpretación.
La melodía de El Amor en Tí la compuso Dimash teniendo en mente la idea del bien y el mal, la oscuridad y la luz en nuestras vidas. También hizo el arreglo. Las mexicanas Hilde Wōhler y Regina de Ovando pusieron la letra siguiendo la línea de pensamiento de Dimash.
La puesta en escena fue sencillamente genial y única!!
