I have lost more than 20 kgs in last 2 years only thing i did is some changes in my life style. 1. Good Food 2. Food time 3. Good Sleep 4. Keep Moving 5. mindful eating 6. Determination & Consistency Most importantly Patience one thing to remember there is no SHORT CUT You need to understand your body type first then prepare a plan & execute it. Make sure you are on track no frequent breaks in between. Cut down Refined Sugar Refined Flour & Refined oils anything that is refined and processed you should avoid in the process of weight loss. Early dinner & tracking calories are the game changer. Again have patience & believe in yourself
You are more... You have to consume nutrituous food to reduce weight.... I mean foods which reduce body fat and build muscles... And for overall body u need to give nutritious food... When u reduce body weight 90 % of health issues will be solved
