As of this summer schedule change, SEPTA limited the Market-Frankford Line's A/B service to just 1 hour (7-8am and 4:30-5:30pm). This video was recorded during the first 30 minutes of A/B service at 46th Street Station during the PM rush hour

Used to be. Hasn’t been since the rebuild in 2007 though.

46th Street was reverted back to an all stops station in June 2007, improving frequency of trains to the station.
