So nice of you to say. We might do a new boat walkthrough soon. We have made a lot of changes this season, besides the last walkthrough had such bad sound. We filmed it with a cell phone. I think we could do a better job now.

Watching some older episodes I saw you had a cockroach problem at one stage. A fix I’d like to know if it works is to flood the boat with CO2 for a day, which should kill the hatched and adult roaches. Then blow the CO2 out of course. I bought a cheap but effective blower to set up if I ever need to try this myself, but also to blow out gas or CO build ups. We have a heightened awareness after Nutshells accident from degreaser fumes.
We got the roaches under control with the paste we often talk about. Works great. But "great minds". We refilled our co2 bottle last summer and I had planned on venting the gas remainder in our old bottle into Temptress just as you suggest. I was going to do a vid in it of course as it would look so cool, dragon breath effect and all. But since TH-cam is what it is I ordered a CO2 meter from eBay. It turned out to not function and we got super busy so we skipped that one. But great idea. If you ever do it please tell me how it works out for you. Video would be nice, I'd love to see it.

You channel is really interesting to me and I'm sure that you life is the envy of so many people trapped in the 'rat race' of how society expects us to live. I could imagine the stress when the engine wouldn't run and also felt Clarks's relief that it was something so simple to resolve. Gotta love those outcomes. 😊 I'm sure you have had this questioned asked a lot but, prior to the pandemic, do you guys ever get bored and ask yourselves if your way of living provides you enough meaning and purpose? Does it become a bit too much of the same same each day? Being financially independent with passive incomes, I did the van life thing for a short time by myself and for me it didn't give me enough meaning, however I was doing it solo. If I could do a van or boat adventure with my girlfriend I think it would be much more fulfilling. It's tough to find a woman who wants to live this way but I never felt serious about giving up the boat and changing my life. I like it too much for that. Emily says she really likes the life now and would figure out how to keep with it if I died but she would have to learn a lot quickly.

I think so. Chromed bronze and I seem to remember it's a Danforth compass but I don't look at it much anymore with all the electronics available. I just checked, yes it is. Why is it "very important"?
@@Clarks-Adventure OH, just because it probably has my little fingerprints on it...those were a big part of my youth. I can smell em! Literally, since most of them are leaking at this point. The little brass blocks under it were soft-soldered on by my tipsy uncle Clinton (who could solder drunk better than most) and the aperture was cut out with snips and filed to a template, believe it or not. Memories...
BTW, I always learn something from your videos. Right now I am learning that this COVID thing has kept us ashore WAAY too long. I'm facebook buddies with a toad at this point...it's gotten to that point.

I have been watching for some time now, expecting to "travel the world" with you. However, it seems that you are actually living in the Bahamas and Florida. It's time for me to utilize my time more productively really sailing the world with the Old Sea Dog, UMA, RAN, Polar Seal, Zatara, A B Sea, Karl and Aquarius.

I've traveled about 20,000 ocean miles by sail and we were headed to Panama-Colombia this season but I want to be near the US when the vaccine becomes available. Sorry to waste your precious time. If we are not up to your standards please move on. But why be rude about it?
